Joshua Medina
Josh is a Central Coast local with a strong commitment to helping his community move and feel better. He completed a Bachelor of Health Science at the University of Technology Sydney in 2019 before going on to earn his Master of Chiropractic in 2023.
Throughout his training, Josh has worked closely with community and sporting groups, supporting athletes through injury management and return-to-play planning. These experiences have shaped his patient-first approach as he is dedicated to restoring function, improving mobility, and guiding people toward long-term musculoskeletal health no matter the age or ability.
Josh has since worked across multiple clinics and combined his experiences playing a range of sports and working with communities to give him a broad exposure to a wide range of spinal and musculoskeletal presentations. He focuses on evidence-informed care and takes the time to tailor each treatment plan to the individual
When he’s not in the clinic, Joshua stays active and can be found at the beach, in the gym and playing football on the weekends, and he’s continually learning to ensure his patients receive the highest level of care.
